Return & Exchange

– Carefully Chosen Products
We encourage you to review the product images, dimensions, specifications and other details before placing your order.

– Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

– Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible products subject to availability. The replacement product must be of the same value or any applicable price difference will be payable.

– Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

– Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made, personalized and specially commissioned products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

– Condition for Return
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging and accessories.

– Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable terms.
