In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are requested to share clear photographs of the delivered product along with a video of the unboxing, clearly showing the issue. Please also provide your order details when raising the return request through email or WhatsApp. Our Quality Assurance Team will review the photographs and unboxing video to determine whether the product meets the eligibility criteria for return. Once the details have been reviewed, we will communicate the status of your return request within 2–3 working days from the date of receiving your complete request along with the required photographs and video. If the return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. It generally takes 2–3 working days to arrange the pickup, followed by approximately 5–7 working days for the returned product to reach our warehouse. The return will be processed further after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy
